Our objectives
The objectives stated on this website follow the mission already on the record:
- Monitor and document human-rights developments in Somaliland.
- Give particular attention to freedom of expression, arbitrary arrest and detention, the administration of justice, and accountability for reported violations.
- Publish statements, and later research, that distinguish documented findings from allegations.
- Make publications readable without an account.
